Unit not well lit.Hard to manage 10x10 on 2nd floor No elevator/ramp,Lots of stairs.Very exhausting. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommendation: Much heavy stuff, no 2nd floor or go to other facility.

great drop off and pick up..but the delivery to me was one of the worst experiences of my life. ..not what I expected when I hired uhaul.... never again!!!!!

Robert Ryan were so helpful!! We had scheduled to have 1 U-Box, but instead needed 2 U-Boxes. Both of them went above and beyond to get a 2nd box within 45 minutes of needing it!!
