u haul truck tail-lights did not work. equipment was in hall-way, walkway, employees vehicles were parked closest to the door, only parking spot left was handicaped.

I don`t like the upper berth unit. For that reason I will be moving my stuff to another place...possibly not a u-haul facility. Other than that, the staff is great there and it is well run.
