Just 5 days after starting service at this facility they rate has already gone up. Certainly they knew that this rate increase was coming when I rented the unit. Is this how U-Haul really operates???

Was NEVER told that the U-Box trailer must be returned to the St Cloud location. Manager did not/would not apologize. Lack of customer service skills was very unprofessional.

In my opinion I believe that sizing of the U-Haul Boxes are not prperly advertised as to their size. They should be way bigger. After 4 boxes I still had a garage full.
