Because of the light rail construction, our U-Box was delivered to Blaine and then 3 days later delivered to our requested site in St. Paul.

Directed to wrong location,they couldnt find my order,site was down had to leave with no receipt,after 3 weeks ship to the wrong location,got message told to unload that day or would be charged

The staff people were really friendly, helpful. Only issue: padlock broke off in transit. U-Haul needs to look at the lock design on U-Box. I got the recommended lock but it was too tight to fit.

Only complaint is that nobody called when it arrived at the St. Paul location, as I was assured they would i.e. don`t call us we`ll call you and then I waste three days before I finally called

The only improvement I would suggest is with the computer system, especially in St. Paul. My dad was the one who picked up the U-Box and said he had to give his contact information over 4 times.
