I was given a no. instead of a swipe card to check in with. when it did not work a worker told me I should have had a card instead everybody needs to get on same page.

Called ahead with storage unit concern Joe advised no bigger units, got there was too small. Paid movers by the hr they loaded freight elev to 3 and had to unload to carts. Nick got me a bigger unit
