It took 2 visits to rent. One staff person was overwelmed with 3 of us waiting. He was trying to rent a truck, so back and forth to the parking lot.

the staff was helpful.the hours ample time to add or remove things. i would recommend it to a friend. I particularly like the fact that the storage spaces are inside the building.

The customer service reps went out of their way to show me how everything worked. There were transport carts available. I`d like some conveyor-type method of getting things upstairs.
