Box was lost multiple times including AFTER they called us to pick it up. Not enough space to include the full story. Worst experience ever. Never using Uhaul again.

Upset that I did check out of my unit early and was told I don`t get a credit for the time I didn`t use. A little disappointing would have given you guys an excellent.
