Idea is great. Wood boxes in shody shape. Bent latches after transport. Trying to get info was a nightmare multiple transfers nobody seemed used to working with the uboxes.

Hopefully our experience of 2 Uboxes arriving at destination a week late was an exception to the rule.

My UBox reservation was ready on the trailer at the time requested. The employees seemed to need some formal training on UBox transactions. It was a lengthy and repetitive process.

U-haul was a pain in the butt

Very poor experience due to many miscommunications at El Cajon and 43rd office. Will not use service again.

1 box shipped too early, 2nd shipped late. Filed complaint, threatened to call BBB. Had to call regional manager. Bad experience.

Got it on short notice when all items wouldn`t fit on the truck that we rented and 1st month was free.

Some of the staff was friendly while others not so much. My u-box was shipped to the correct location before I wanted it shipped.

Everything from the ordering to delivery and pickup was on time and very easy. Little more costly than other options, but worth it in hassle-free coordination
