Staff were helpful, but the office in San Jose is very very busy and it`s hard for them to handle the demand. They need more people there.

The Ubox is very compact and too expensive. Supposably u get the first month free but really you pay for it on the second month 130 + dollars is expensive.

The Ubox was delivered with the lock RIPPED OFF. It was swinging wide open with the contents available to anyone!! How is this even permissible?
