When I called to inquire about possibilities for storage I was offered the first month of storage free. My credit card was charged $135. I need the charges reverted. This is false advertisement.

Do away with the step latter for the 2nd level storage. Someone in the future will fall and sue for damages. Time for an update of your storage facility access elevators.

the ladders broken,no cooling and i set up autopay with the guy at the counter, but it wasn`t submitted because i was charged for a late payment! i had to set up autopay AGAIN. then rates raised.
