Great service, just expensive

It is prettry convenient and staffs were nice. However, the scheduling by phone took a long time on waiting.

I called 3 times and drove to the Uhaul site. They arrived at 11:45, 165mins late. For pick-up they said 15-20 minutes but it was 1 hr. They reimbursed $80. They overpromised and were unprofessional.

Everyone from David to Rick and Leilani Kimble were professional, efficient and competent. Addressed customer needs with outstanding service!

Communication between my on-line order and what was given to the human beings was not correct. Had I not called, I don`t know that I would`ve gottten my U-Box on time.

Excellent work and very helpful people that assisted us with the move on the day.

Service was good, just wished that the 1-800 line and the store relayed the same message. I was confused with the process at first store was very patient with assisting in clarifying any confusion.
