Courteous and prompt service including returning phone calls. Great way to move at your own pace. I only needed one U-Box, but even for a much bigger move, I would definitely recommend this.

It was impossible to get the local Ubox person to call me back and then all the scheduled drop offs and pick ups were incorrect and late. Also, my bill was overcharged and then adjusted.
