The staff was helpful, and the storage unit was clean and dry. The only inconvenience was that the wooden pallets were missing from the unit.

My reservation for 3 10X10 units was changed to one 10X30 unit. Many thanks! Dropped truck, locked, with key in the drop box, moving accessories in back. Very convenient and comfortable.

I made a reservation online and according to the website, they had available units, but when I went to the facility to move in, I was told that there were no units free.
