We had a previous good experience with this facility and gladly made a new reservation but found out only the more expensive units were available. The refund is appreciated however, thank you.

Very clean and the movement went in smoothly. Only recommendation is to have some kind of rug directly inside of the climate controlled building. The floor was VERY slippery after it had snowed.

I have called 4-5 times, left 2 messages, and gone to the facility and pressed the button for service. It`s now four days after my reservation date and I have STILL not heard from them.
