I got locked out of the gate the night before I was flying out of state. The manager was more than willing to give me a refund for my troubles though, so I`m not too bent out of shape about it.

TRUCK THAT I HAD RESERVED WAS NOT AT THE FACILITY. COULDN`T GET TRUCK UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. STORAGE AREA HASN`T BEEN KEPT UP. GARBAGE EVERYWHERE. OFFICE AREA HAD A BAD ODOR.
