Worst! Calls never returned. At destination, boxes bolted, had to buy tools. Delivery lady said her son would unbolt them IF we used him to unload. W/ work, we move every 2 yrs. Never again w/ you!

I was renting a unit for almost a 15 months. Why isn`t there an incentive for faithful customers? I also rented a van and I would have appreciated some sort of discount or gift.
