I was renting a unit for almost a 15 months. Why isn`t there an incentive for faithful customers? I also rented a van and I would have appreciated some sort of discount or gift.

Both of the staff members acted very short and rude both times we were there. Ultimately we were able to move into the storage but for future business more friendly and helpful staff is a must.
