I wasn`t able to pay on time in December and YOU NEVER STOPPED CALLING even after I told the girl I couldn`t pay until Friday!She also called my references daily and sent notices to each!

I know you have mouse traps in the units but the first thing i saw when i opened up the unit to get our stuff out was a dead mouse. kind of gross!

Great value and awesome customer service. My only complaint is that the box itself was haphazardly constructed, and it was difficult to open and close the door due to warping of the wood.
