Service was mediocre at best. Facilities were dirty. We had to report a dead rat twice before it was cleaned up.

Staff seemed disinterested in helping much. Perhaps because they were overworked or unmotivated. Storage was adequate, and the free month of storage with U-Haul rental was a nice perk.

The hours for access are very short. Also, getting a key at the front desk is not convenient. This office is very busy. Maybe wait 10 minutes to get your key.

We were told the unit we had was big enough for 2 bdrms. It wasn`t even big enough for our couch! We had to cancel and find another storage place. Really frustrating!!!

They did not have room at location 2 store my boxes, I had to drive them to another location and then return to 15th st with an empty box, not appreciated.
