Brad was working the desk by himself. I got in line wondering why it is that U-Haul notoriously under staffs on what would obviously be a busy day. He was exceptional! Hire more people!

I had to pay a whole month storage fees for 7 days as my movers showed up. Not Right! It should be prorated. Big business taking what they can isn`t right. I should only have to pay for what I get.

The lighting for our unit was a bit dim. It made accessing the unit difficult. The facility was always clean well maintained. The staff was always friendly helpful.

Every time I called to get access to my uboxes they were never ready when I arrive at the facility. I waited for AN HOUR the last time which posed a huge inconvenience. I was in the middle of moving.
