After setting up and paying for the storage unit, when I arrived to unload, the unit was padlocked and the office was closed. I had to find and pay for storage at another company.

Staff very knowledgable and thorough. Worked with me over weekend to switch to a larger unit when I figured out I was not going to have enough space with original reservation.

Everything was as stated on the website. THe storage room was clean and the storage people were friendly and helpfull. Security at the facility is very good also. I recommend them.
