Although I am happy with the facility, there is two problems I have. While I was there I noticed rat droppings. And secondly, the facility has no temperature control or insulation.

when i paid for it to ship to my current location....shillinton uhaul stalled ship in order to get a full months of storage out of me ......im not happy with that at all!

Almost every time we went, staff appeared clueless. They even misplaced my license once and took 45 minutes looking for it.

OVERALL,A VERY GOOD MOVING EXPERIENCE. ONLY SMALL PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE ALL THE MOVING BLANKETS PROMISED SO I HAD TO GO BACK TO UHAUL.
