Bryan has been very helpful. The U-Box process is difficult to navigate because the level of communication on U-Haul`s web site is not very good. I am in CO helping a friend move from NY to OK.

I chose ubox with the understanding that once they went from MN to NY I would be able to get them delivered to my house, where they arrived they said they were cant deliver ubox @ their location.

I was upset about my credit card being charged twice by uhaul Without my authorization and still no explinatiion. That was an Additional $200 i was not expecting.

I received a call in Aug cause they got the rent wrong and will charge me extra month,when I asked them if the rent was right in may cause the number dont seem right!!
