I had to cancel my reservation because the website put me in Smithville instead of Cookville. The people on the phone working for Uhaul were so helpful and efficient. Great.

Good experience overall. The office staff was out for several hours with no contact number to inform them that customers were waiting for service. Other than the wait everything went very well.
