I like the concept of Ubox, and had great service elsewhere, but there were unacceptable and avoidable complications in dealing with the South Lake Tahoe location.

The staff has been very understanding but there have been many delays: 1 day at the start and now it`s been 3 weeks and my belongings still haven`t arrived.

drove in and were greeted and shown the u box and after paper work and payment we put our things in it locked it up and were off. so in 30 minutes we were done. staff was very friendly and helpful.
