I was very disappointed that it took 2 weeks to get my belongings delivered to Idaho when I was told 7-10 days making it difficult to work, move in etc!!!!!!!!

There were delivery issues that led to my Uboxes needing to be re-moved to access them. I called Uhaul 5 times and got bounced between representatives before the issue was resolved 3 hours later.

Everyone was very helpful. My box made it before my truck which I shipped with a different automotive company even though I paid an expedite fee through them. Thank you for the excellent service!

The box was delivered at 13:30 instead of 10:00. On the other hand, when we emptied the u-box, the driver returned within an hour. The drivers at both ends of the shipping were friendly and helpful.
