I cancelled this reservation by phone because you did not have a climate controlled unit available. I ended up finding another location.
Manager response:
Customer reserved a nonclimate online, not a climate. The unit he needed was not available and this was clear on the website. Confusion was on part of customer, not our facility.EMILY M. 1/8/2012
