The facility appears secure, but lighting auto-on doesn`t always work, auto-off occurs too quickly, gloomy and difficult to see inside unit... Staff patient, helpful and very good.

I really liked the manager Chad but the new manager proved to be helpful and friendly. I had two storage units--the hallways were always clean.

Phone communication rather poor due to understaffed stores. I found myself making 12 mile roundtrips to talk to someone because I`d wait 6-8 hours for a return call.
