It was very difficult to schedule a drop off and a pick up time for the UBox. The Ubox did not look like the pictures I saw online.

I was a little surprised how basic the u-box is. I thought it was made of steel. This box is made of wood. It looks cheap and flimsy. It looks nothing like the picture on the website when I booked it.

Last time, they wouldn`t deliver my uBox for over 2 weeks. This time, my Box wasn`t ready. I waited an hour. No box. Jessie helped get me a storage unit, and took care of everything.

Rating:
The stairs are steep and slippery, with insufficient railings and no signage. I slipped off and dislocated a finger, practically breaking it. Please do something about this!

Jose GM at the Stamford, CT store was incredibly kind and helpful. Curtis GM of the Springdale, AR store was also very nice. Some of the phone operators were clueless.

Manager does deserves his position Workers have a bad attitude and doesn`t do their job as Supposed. The only exception is the lady name Jessie. She`s courteous and polity.
