didnt get help whem needed, lied to me, not climate controlled like it was supposed to, way WAY over priced concidering theres storage units that ARE ACTUALLY climate controlled for much cheaper

The staff were rude and unprofessional and would say requested changes were made to the account, only to find out that they weren`t. The young male was very helpful, otherwise the staff were terrible!

No light bulb, door leaked water into unit witch frooze. Everything in the unit from door to mid way back was frozen to the ground in 2 inches of ice.
