Ken the asst. mgr. refused to check in my rental truck return, since I arrived inside the yard at 6:58pm, and the closing time was 7:00pm. Also a mouse was in our storage unit.

only problem was the online website for this uhaul states that Storage access Mon-Sun: 24 hours and 24 hour dropoff but was told by the office manger that was wrong

I went to my country so no use to pay two bedroom rent and I put my all stuff in haul , it fits very well , safe, Clean etc My stuff was totally safe for 7months Thx to U Haul service .
