Paid U-haul $16,800+! Called ONCE in 10 yrs, asked for their locksmith to get lock changed told I was on my own! Also, they re-rented site with damaged metal and rat/mouse skeletons!

Sister recently died I did a 1 way rental took advantage of the 1 month free rental - staff was extremely friendly except 1 person on 1 visit if I had to do it over I would definitely do U-Haul again

I am upset that rent couldn`t be prorated. We moved out the 9th, and paid a month`s rent of $160 on the 1st. That money could have been used for our moving truck from you!
