One thing that I would suggest is in side the storage facility their should be a waste basket present.I needed to sweep out my unit and their was no place to throwaway my sweepings.

I believe you should use higher quality locks. I lost my key and had to have the lock removed. They were able to simply drill into the key hole and use a screwdriver to remove it.

I wish the light senors were a little bit more sensitive sometimes they don`t turn on for me and I have to jump and wave to set it off so the light will come on,

It`s very convenient. We like the moving dollies available to borrow while we are there. We wish there would be a way to get greater access to our unit, but we appreciate the security.
