I paid for 24 hour access which does not work. Spoke to Jordan yesterday evening who recognized the problem right away and was suppose to call me back in 5 minutes that didn`t happen. I need access.

when you leave a contact number.I didn`t appreciate my overdue payment being sent to my contact they are not paying my bill!even when i spoke with someone reguarding my bill.
