Awful service with incompetent employees. We still have yet to have our issues resolved with U-haul. I would NEVER suggest U-haul for ANY service due to the lack of communication on their end.

Overall a good experience though price was higher than our past storage place, and we had a major problem with mice in our motor home for the three months it was stored there.

Secure storage wasn’t very secure, I found the gate unlocked at times, the staff lied to me about 17 ft truck availability and had to pick up a truck 15 min away in order to move my stuff to P.A.
