We were not advised that this particular location did not offer free month of storage when renting a trailer. Other than that all is well.

I did not use the facility because it did not offer the one month free rental with a U-Haul truck rental and I need longer hours of access.

No record of online reservation! Showed confirmation but no units available. Had to store furniture at location 40km round trip instead of 6km. Cost nearly 7x mileage. Not impressed!

I call 6 or 7 times on the day of my supposed reservation to get information to know how I had to proceed and nobody ever picked up the phone.
