Electronic kiosk would not recognize my reservation. Owner let us in remotely, good. Manager gave me a discount on month fee, good. A lot of waiting to get all this done.

The facility is excellent, but the misconception that we would receive a free month`s worth of rental through the Uhaul site was disappointing. This should have been stated.
