being required to have two locks on the unit is ridiculous. Having to check in and get a key from the front office every time is dumb. On busy days it could take 10-20 mins to just get into my unit

One major setback is the facility dos not have an elevator. Therefore customer must walk their storage belongs up and down stairs.

200 characters are. It enough. Reserved unit given away, car hit by a uhaul truck, manager and corporate called to fix things. Loading dock for storage is blocked by uhaul trailers
