Hubby had to carry are stuff upstairs for same unit that was downstairs. Online special offer did not specify that it was for upstairs units and that you had to pay more for downstairs same size.

The facility was clean and orderly but the staff was curt and borderline rude. I was told one price when booking yet and it wasn`t the same when I got there!
