I rented a locker for my brother-in-law, who was hospitalized. The local UHaul staff wrote down the wrong locker number and lost the key. Took 9 months to straighten out.

parking lot n ice rink. complained to national office but nothing happened. Was not told I had to pay extra for 24 7 access. Was given that free.

Signed my contract for unit 120 then found it was in use so employee put me in unit 128...hopeful the change was made...the employees I interacted with were very professional and thoughtful.

I was able to obtain a larger,lighted unit for less cost then U-Haul wanted. My unit wasn`t easily accesible in winter.Poorly maintained. I had to shovel my way into the unit.
