The box was delivered even earlier than I expected, which was good. The staff at this location didn`t seem as rushed as I would have liked since I was on a tight schedule, but overall very good.

I never had a problem, besides the apt. above the units had a strong pee smell I could always hear a dog crying in some room. When I asked they said the dog lived in the apt. It always concerned me.

Auto pay problems. My lock cut by U-haul staff and new lock put on without informing me of either. I should have been reimbursed for the lost lock and the inconvenience. Bad CS.
