card scanner was inoperative and entry and use could only be used during business hours. Need to get that fixed. other than that I was very please with the rental.

Did not appreciate the automatic environmental charge and the fact that a customer is then asked to make a additional donation to the environmental fund. Otherwise a good experience.

I always felt my belongings were secure and safe. The ability to pull inside and load / unload regardless of the weather was a big plus. Staff was helpful - A very positive experience.
