Knowledgeable management staff and easy to unload off of the back of a uhaul. Also got a great discount off the Uhaul referral.

Facility was fine clean, well-lit, but I was confused about where to pull my truck around to when I brought my things. I also wish carts were more accessible to back loading area.
Manager response:
Our loading dock may be difficult to find without our direction. Upon the customer's first visit we explain how to find it. For security reasons, we do not loan our carts outside office hours.MICHELLE W. 5/20/2012

My reservations were for a lower locker, but they gave me a locker that I had to use a ladder to get to, so I needed help getting some boxes in.
