Staff is friendly and helpful. They DO NOT offer the move-in free months rent storage as the U-Haul web indicates, so be warned.

The facility is clean and customer service was also good. My only problem is the no entry into the facility after 7PM. I saw the sign posted but didn`t think it applied to current customers.

Site personnel were very helpful about moving in regarding type of lock and what fits in various sized storage facilities. She explained all the pricing issues and options on paying the monthly fee.
