The customer service I called to make reservation was horrible. I was lied to repeatedly. Bait switch with prices Uhaul clearly takes advantage of people in need.

I felt con into a larger unit when I reserved a smaller one. I had movers scheduled to move my belongings on a specific date and time. That was the purpose of making the reservation.
