We never ended up using the unit because our move date changed but I thought the whole process of canceling it went smoothly. I would definatly use again in the future.

I tried to call this facility multiple times about my move and visited on the day my move was scheduled.. no one answered the phone or the door. I have canceled my reservation and moved elsewhere.
