The gate code sequence was changed and I was not made aware of the change. I was not able to get into the facility but was promptly assisted by the staff on site. Overall a great experience!

We were very disappointed in not receiving our money back. When we signed up we were told that if we vacated early we would receive a rebate on the time left . We feel a little cheated.
