The customer service was excellent! The only complaint would be I didn`t know you had to go to a different location to fill out the paperwork.

Have used Safe Lock for boat storage but recently needed enclosed storage. My code did not work the first time but got a temp one by phone and the problem was fixed quickly, would recommend Safe Lock.
