West Palm uhaul was the worst run place I`ve seen in a long time. After a long wait in line the people at the counter didn`t know what to do until the manager got back from lunch.

U-Box just shipped 3/8, but I filled it up and paid on 2/28-a negative. Manager was helpful and friendly-only person that knew what he was doing. The rest of them were un-knowledgeable and unfriendly.

r some reason. Staff in Fl office on Okeechobee are terrible. Need betteemployees at check in counter. Mike is a good employee.

The lock spots were twisted, there was confusion, and the u boxes are smaller than advertised. Mike the GM apologized, took action, and satisfied me. I will work with uhaul again because of Mike.

The clerks working at the local store knew nothing about U-Boxes. Everyone else was great.

customer service was terrible. storage is NOT climate controlled - Was charged even though I cancelled the order, was a nightmare getting a refund.

Worst moving experience of my life! Store cancelled my order. They created a new order, screwed it up. 37 days and I still don`t have my stuff. Unexplained charges. Get a POD.
