The renting of the u-boxes was a nightmare.I rented a total of5 boxes.Even after the third time the staff still got it wrong.

Friendly-WHEN you get a hold of them. Very poor at returning phone calls and informing customer of what was going on. U box was useful but consider using after the system is flushed out.

The moving staff, Randolf Lambert was the mover and his helper Todd were absolutely WONDERFUL and very helpful. Office helpful in getting a 4th ubox. thanks to all!

One of the Uboxes was lop-sided and difficult to close. The latch on the other Ubox was coming off loose screws.

Im SO glad 2b done w/UHaul UBox! NEVR AGAIN! No1 answrs phones. Broken U-Box door that was previously intact. Treated like inconvenience rathr than some1 payng 4 service U hav chosen 2 SAY u provide.

The staff at the West Sacramento U-Haul were very friendly and helpful. My box was delivered the same day that it arrived, and was picked up as soon as it was empty.
