The guy that helped us was owner`s brother, had NO idea how to attach trailer. The place was filthy when we returned trailer we were afraid it would be stolen due to no fence in yard.

Sometimes I would have to wait for someone to comee to the desk for 10-15 minutes. I could not access my storage until they did, as I had to leave them my ID to get the key. Very annoying!

Problems I found were, 1. price well above the competition. I move to another facility public storage and the price was less than half. 2. Hidden costs i.e. required locks and insurance are a put off.

The staff was very helpful, adding and removing additional storage as my needs changed. They even tried extra hard to fix things when the corporate billing issues.

Everything was great except for the long waits to get the long waits to get the key. I seem to pick their busy times when I wanted to access my unit.
